Remember that the WHO recommends walking 10,000 steps a day, about seven kilometers. A sedentary person, who does not move at all, walks about 3,000 or 4,000 steps a day. According to health experts, we must triple these daily steps , which means that regardless of day to day, we must be thinking about walking to become active people.

- Alternate the routes that you usually use, this will not only prevent you from getting bored, but you will also discover things that you probably haven't seen yet.

- If you are someone who needs a car to get to work, park two or three blocks away, those small details will make a difference.

- Schedule, as if it were the most important meeting, a day to do the sport you like.
